Do you feel like you’re coping on the outside, but inside you're exhausted from comparing yourself to others, feeling like you're never quite enough or trying to hold everything together?
Maybe you're struggling with self-doubt, anxiety, ADHD challenges or the lingering effects of difficult past experiences. Maybe you know something needs to change, but you're not quite sure where to begin.
Therapy can offer a space to slow down, understand yourself with more compassion, and begin to build a stronger sense of confidence and self-worth.
I'm Evi, a Registered Clinical Counsellor in British Columbia. I offer gentle, collaborative and inclusive counselling for students, young adults and working professionals.

Counselling when you don’t know where to start
Have you ever thought: I want to talk to someone but I don’t know where to begin? This is a common and normal response to life stressors or unresolved emotions related to past experiences. Part of the beauty of counselling is that you can really begin anywhere to start feeling its positive effects on your life. My approach combines body-based mindfulness work and practical approaches that help to shift stuck thoughts, beliefs and patterns.
What can counselling help with?
You might come to counselling because you want to:
Feel more confident and connected to yourself
Manage anxiety, stress and persistent worry
Develop greater self-acceptance
Understand and work with ADHD-related challenges
Build a stronger relationship to your body
Stop the loop of perfectionism and self-criticism
Improve your relationships and communication
Navigate change and difficult life experiences
Feel more purposeful and engaged in your life
